Exceed your own expectations.
Life’s full of adventure, and everyone deserves to embrace it to their full potential.
It’s no secret that how we eat, move, sleep and relax massively impacts our health and vitality. For a long time, my own challenges with problematic skin and a temperamental digestive system stopped me from doing the things I love.
Through trial, error and education I learnt how important it is for nutrition and lifestyle to compliment each other when the goal is full health and top performance. My aim is to empower you with the nutritional know-how to help you reach your own best health and performance.
I’m a registered Nutritional Therapist (mBANT, DipCNM, CNHC) with specific interest in nutrition for sports performance (both the everyday exerciser and those aiming for high level performance), teenage health, and nutrition to support mental health. I hold a degree in Sport Science from one of the top sports universities in the world, alongside a 4-year diploma in Nutritional Therapy from the acclaimed College of Naturopathic Medicine in London. I’m also currently studying with the IOPN for a Masters level diploma in Sports Nutrition.
As a recreational triathlete, life-long netballer, keen surfer and outdoor enthusiast, I’m always on the lookout for the next race, wave, or mountain peak. I totally understand the importance of keeping you in the best health possible in order to reach your goals, however big or small they may seem!

“Lucy is a breath of fresh air for nutrition. Having been on her own journey - and being wonderfully open about it - she understands your problems and can truly empathise. She’s honestly changed my life - or really, given it back.”
